ACUTE & CHRONIC PAIN OF HAND  WITH TREATMENT”

EXERCISES OF ELBOW

SITTING:

• Arms bending and stretching  forwards, upwards and sideways.
• Four Arms in supination elbows band and stretch.
• Grasp ball (increasing the weight upto a medicine ball) arms stretched up, hold and band.

HOMEOPATHY

• Everything falling from the hands, weakness. Bovista 3x- Twenty drops in a glass of water, teaspoonful every half hour.
• Stiffness of joints, pain under left hip point, arms go to sleep mainly after sleep. Cocculus 30- two drops thrice a day.
• Sprain or strain in the muscles of hands and arms due to over lifting. Rhus tox 30-  two globules thrice a day.
• Neuralgia, pain, numbness from left arm goes downward, Muscular rheumatism (hot, swollen, red, pain, worse on motion, numbness).  One or two dose of Kalmia 200.
• Gelsemium and cimicifuga works in acute and Gaultheria mother tincture in articular  rheumatism.
• Urtica urens tincture cures more  of the gout patients than any other remedy. 
• Arnica 200: Pain in muscles due to injury, sprain, strain, sports injury, damaged blood vessels, overuse of any organ, can not walk erect on account of bruised pain in pelvic region, ecchymosis as from bruises; 
• Rhus tox 200- muscle pain due to heavy exercises.
• Ruta 30- pain in periosteum.
• Hypericum 30: Severe pain by exposed nerve, finger tips, root canal, nail pain, spine, dentition etc
• Aurum met 200: pain within bones.
• Symphytum 200 and Calcarea phos 200: healing of fractures malunion or nonunion, hairline crack.
• Ledum pal 200: Injury by soft pin or iron nails.
• Bellissimo per 200: Deep pain under muscles or after arnica in injury, railway spine.
• Sanguinaria 30: pain in right arm, can not raise.
• Ferrum met 200: pain in left hand ,can not raise. Pain in right hand, can not bent backward.

Tennis elbow ; pain in lateral side of elbow difficult to hold any object at arm's length.

Ruta is the head remedy.
