5 tips for good digestion
1) Press both palm daily for two minutes.
2) Always use fruits,salads, in daily diet. Don't take oily,fried foods, fine flour, polished rice, cold drinks, coffee,tea, tobacco etc. Water should be taken one or two hours of meal.A gap of two food should be kept.
3) Bhujangasana, shalbhasana, pawanmuktasana, uttanpadaaana and kapalbhati Pranayam is good for digestion.
4) Solar plexus should be in order. All the lines of little fingers will match if both palms meet, otherwise uttanpadasana should done.
5) Eat anything once in a while but respect Nature's signal in the form of belching. We should stop further eating and if that can not be done,we must stop at the second signal which is like a red signal.If we continue eating even after second signal, giving invitation to trouble.

5 Tips to treat yourself
1) press your two palms daily for 5 minutes. If pain is found in a particular place in a palm-the pressure should be given three times a day for 2 minutes in a pumping way.
2)If the age is over 40- press two minutes at the middle of right arm.
3) On evening- roll your soles of the leg on a roller, by sitting on a chair.
4) Avoid constipation- by taking fruits,salad & water.(water should be taken only 1or2 hour of meal.
5) Do three rounds of surya namaskara in early morning.
