Self treatment for digestive disorders

5 tips for good digestion

1) Press both palm daily for two minutes.

2) Always use fruits,salads, in daily diet. Don't take oily,fried foods, fine flour, polished rice, cold drinks, coffee,tea, tobacco etc. Water should be taken one or two hours of meal.A gap of two food should be kept.

3) Bhujangasana, shalbhasana, pawanmuktasana, uttanpadaaana and kapalbhati Pranayam is good for digestion.

4) Solar plexus should be in order. All the lines of little fingers will match if both palms meet, otherwise uttanpadasana should done.

5) Eat anything once in a while but respect Nature's signal in the form of belching. We should stop further eating and if that can not be done,we must stop at the second signal which is like a red signal.If we continue eating even after second signal, giving invitation to trouble.
