SHOULDER JOINT AND TREATMENT 
SHOULDER STRENGTHENING EXERCISES:
SITTING:
- Clenched fist and place one on top of the other, push up and down, hold and repeat with the hands the other way round.
- Clash hands, keep clasped and try to pull apart, hold, push hands together and hold.
- Hands on Shoulders: a)arms sideways and lower, b) arms raise forwards and lower.
- Arms carry backwards, forwards and rest.
- Arms carry sideways and lower.
- Elbows bend to place fingers on shoulders, stretch up, bend and lower.
- Hands on shoulders- raise arms sideways to a right angle- straighten right arm to the side and return, repeat with left arm.
- Hands on shoulders- stretch right arm up and left arm forward and return, change to left arm up and right arm forward.
- Turn arms outward, pull scapula down and together.
- Hold arms abducted, elbows at right angles forearms and hands pointing up- pull scapula together, pull elbows forward to touch and stretch back.
HOMEOPATHY:
- In Frozen shoulder: limitation of movement in the shoulder. Pulsatilla 1m and Arnica 1m- the above two remedies should be taken alternately every week for a few months.
- Sometime varicose veins may appear on the right shoulder as a result of enlargement of liver. Give Chelidonium tincture twice a day before half an hour of meal.
