PILES  (HAEMORRHOIDS)

It is caused by dilated veins in a soft tissue which cover the inner part of the colon and anus. There are two types of hemorrhoids: Internal (inside the rectum) and External(on anal opening). A person may have one or both at the same time. It is generally caused by chronic constipation. It nay be blind or bleeding.

ACUPRESSURE:

a)Press at the end of palm as shown.

b) Constipation can be removed by pressing on beard.

c)Massage coconut oil in the inner side of anal canal through middle finger.

HOMEOPATHY:

Nux vomica 30 at bed time and Sulphur 30 at early morning cures more than 80 percent of piles of bleeding or non-breeding.

Collinsonia 3x: For pregnant women.

Aesculus Hip 30: Pain in back and rectum and haemorrhoids outside anus.

Hamamelis tincture: ten drops in little water thrice a day when dark red blood oozes from canal (can also used externally with Vaseline). 

BIOCHEMIC TISSUE SALT:

Ferrum phis 6x: three globules thrice a day.

NOTES:

Sit down on a donut pillow or bench which does not irritate that area.

Take sit baths with warm water. Psyllium husk is also very useful. Fibrous foods and water intake should be increased.
