SITTING
- Heels raising and lowering (progress by auto resistance with hands on knees).
- Alternate heel and toe raising.
- Heels raising then toes raising.
- Picking up a pencil or tissue paper or handkerchief or string or elastic band with the toes.
HOMEOPATHY:
- For weak ankles, Calcarea phos 3x three tablets thrice a day.
- If ankle joint is swollen and soles of the feet are so painful that the patient can hardly step on the ground, pain is worse when warm in bed - Ledum pal 30 two drops thrice a day.
