"PRINCIPLES OF PROPER EATING"

1)To eat a balanced diet.Salad,fresh vegetables,fresh fruits and nuts include in your diet.

2) Don't eat more than 85 percent of capacity.In other words always keep some space so food will easily digest.

3)To eat slowly. Nature has given us teeth to chew12/15 times till it roles in our mouth.It should be kept in mind that sugar dissolves only through salivation and diabetes will remain far away.

4)Eat at least two hours before retiring.One should eat only four times within a period of twenty four hours.These are breakfast,lunch, refreshment and then dinner.Coffee,tea,too much spices, alcoholic drinks should be avoided.Sprouts are very powerful and nutritious ,full of protein,minerals and vitamins.

5)It is recommended that water should be taken at least four five litres but not at the time of eating. Water should be taken an hour or two when assimilation process starts.

6)The stomach should be given rest at least once a week.May drink fruit juices and boiled water.

7) Regular sun bath is essential for vitamin D. Cold drinks and food should be avoided Aditya reduces the fire and increases the burden on system."Heat is life and cold is death".
