"HOW TO DRINK WATER FOR HEALTHY LIFE"



Everyone wants a healthy life.So we should know as how to drink water?

1)Water should not be taken with or just after meal,but after an hour or two because within that time Digestive process happens in our body. After an hour or two;  process of assimilation starts and that time water is required and makes blood.

2)Water should not be taken at a glance but slowly and  in sitting position.

3)Water should be taken in room temperature. Don't use cold or ice water.

4) Drink water at early morning 2/3  glasses ,bowel will be clear.
