"OLD AGE AND YOUTHFULLNESS"

Everybody wants to be youthful through out life.Is it possible?Then what to do?

1) Don't be self centred, do something for others.Raise your hands for those who needs you.
2) Always do some yogasanas,pranayama,mudras, meditation, Acupressure.If you want can add some biochemic salt and homeopathy but don't take conventional medicine except emergency.
3)Control on your tongue.Eat simple and digestible estables like fruit juices,soup, salads, yoghurt,green juice.Add ginger, Black peeper, Amla,Neem, turmeric in your daily meal.
4) Increase your life force or youthfulness by giving pressure on right arm between the middle of wrist and elbow.

5) Whatever happens, always be positive.'As you think so you become'.
