DIABETES AND HOLISTIC TREATMENT”


Fasting: 60-100mg/dlA Aftermeal:100-140mg/DL 

There are two types of diabetes:

Juvenile onset diabetes where the capacity of the pancreas to produce insulin has been partially or even completely lost. This may be due to a genetic defect, viral infection, severe psychic, mental or emotional trauma. This form of diabetes tends to occur in thin, sensitive, intelligent people.The medical treatment consists  of daily injections of replacement insulin. 

        Second one is more common form is called maturity onset diabetes which develops gradually in middle aged, stressed, overweight, under exercised persons, whose diet contains an excess of sugars, starches and fats. This long term overloading of the digestive system, especially the pancreas, leads to progressive deterioration of the insulin secreting mechanism and de sensitivity of the body tissues to the insulin. In initial stage it can be controlled by dietary restrictions alone. But in later stages oral drugs and then insulin injection required for the rest of his life.

   Whatever the cause, the main features of Diabetes is the excessive sugar in the blood and its passing out with the urine of  the patients. This is due to malfunction of the pancreas. It's symptoms are frequent urination, gets excessive thirst, tiredness, loss of weight, weakness in vision, skin disorder etc. After a time being high blood pressure and kidney disorder also happens.

YOGIC TREATMENT: Apana mudra: Bend the ring and middle finger by pressing  the thumb of both palm for 15 minutes twice a day with chanting r-a-a-a-m.

It regulates Diabetes, piles, Constipation, toxin of urine, eyes, liver, gall bladder and give self confidence, patience and harmony. Surya Namaskara Asana, Bhujangasana, Shalbhasana, Uttanpadaaana, Pawanmuktasana, Sarvangasa, Matsyasna, Dhanurasana, Shavasana and Pranayama . Asana should be practiced according to his/ her comfort level. Endocrine gland will start it's normal function within one or two month and disease will subside. Now patient can add more asanas in its day to day life.

ACUPRESSURE::      Deep pressure  on your palm twice a day for two minutes.  Pain will be found in a particular point, press it again for two minutes to remove the toxin. Pressure on wrist is also required and press at the middle of palm (at last). It  is essential to remove the toxin from kidney.

HOMEOPATHY:

  • Syzygium jambolinum tincture:  twenty drops thrice a day in  the lukewarm water  

  • Uranium nitrate 3x- two to three grains mor/evening is good for diabetic patients. by Dr.Bradford.

  • Natrum sulph 6x- three globules twice a day before meal.

  • Natrum phos 6x- three globules twice a day after meal.

NOTE: Drink charged water where eight glasses reduced in two glasses with a coin of gold, silver, copper and iron. Tension should be removed by pressing all the toes and fingers in backward direction for two minutes.Drink half glass coriander leaves juice at early morning for one/two months. Take your breakfast after half an hour. All these medicines are sufficient for diabetic patient. It is necessary to chew  food properly. Saliva can be properly mixed up with the food and make it easily digestible. Avoid fried, fatty, spicy, starchy and sugar containing food for two to three months. They should avoid potatoes, bananas, mangoes and those fruits in which percentage of sugar are high. They should take Guava ,apple, lemon, papaya, radish(mooli),  bel, brinjal, bitter gourd (karela) and blackberry (jamun). Sprouts and nuts should also included in diet. Germinated grams, whole wheat bread or chapati, Dalia, corn flakes, pulses(moong, massor, chana), salad, soup, green or leafy vegetables, one or two cup tea or coffee can be included in diet. Drink two to three cups of green juice adding Amla, ginger  black pepper etc.

      Within fifteen days the positive effect will be seen. Now reduce your medicine  or injection. Within one or two month “Diabetes” will be in control. Swimming, walking and yogasana are good exercises. Now forget your ailment and live a happy and healthy life.
