SURYA NAMASKAR (INTRODUCTION)

SURYA NAMASKAR IS ESSENTIAL FOR GOOD HEALTH

The twelve posture of it gives physical, mental and spiritual health to a person. It gives massage, strength, tone to all the joints, muscles, and internal organs of our body. It not only includes asana but pranayama, mantas and meditation techniques also. Regular practice of surya namaskar regulates pingala and Ida nadi which gives a balanced energy system in both physical and mental level.  A time comes; when a person is aware of its chakras and purifies itself so that the kundalini can awaken and uplift human consciousness or spiritual vision.

      Surya namaskara gives power to our Endocrine glands also.

     Our life depends upon the proper function of these endocrine and exocrine glands. Those glands which pass through a duct called exocrine and its fluid are required for the digestive process. But those glands which pass without a duct are called endocrine glands. The fluid secreted from these glands called ‘Hormones’.The quantity of hormone required in the human body is very little but its influences on  the different processes in the human body is very great. It gives physical, mental as well as spiritual health.
