It is the sixth earthy zodiac sign called virgo. Person born between 21st August to 21st September belongs to this Rasi. It rules the navel portion. So the stomach and bowels are affected when a person becomes worried or upset. The biochemic salt for the sign Virgo is Kali Sulph and it's function is to manufacture and distribute oil. Kali Sulphuricum: It is the oxygen carrier to the epidermis and epithelial cells of the skin and membranes. Like ferrum phos this salt is found in nearly all the cells containing iron. It is generally applicable in the later stage of inflammation.
Its deficiency will give weariness, heaviness, chilliness, headache, pain in the limbs or vertigo. It is also found in the scalp and hair. When this salt is lacking -we get dandruff or falling hair, skin eruptions secreting yellowish oily matter, dry skin, eczema, psoriasis, itching at night, leucorrhoea, vaginitis, yellow stools, diarrhoea and coating on tongue, gastro duodenal catarrh, ringworm, anaemia and bronchitis.
Kali sulph and kali mur helps to build the skin and membranes.
Coughing gives globs of yellow mucus and discharge. It is a good remedy for children.
