PAIN IN ABDOMEN
There are lots of causes of abdominal pain such as indigestion, gases, acidity, flatulence, constipation, worms etc. The main reason is that assimilation power is decreased. So intake of food should be reduced, only hot water should be adopted. Nervousness, tension, improper eating habits, unhygienic ways of eating; all are the main reason of abdominal disorder.
YOGASANA :
Bhujangasana, Salabhasana, Uttanpadasana, Pawanmuktasana, Shavasana and Pranayama(nadi shodhan and kapalbhati), Apana vayu mudra.
ACUPRESSURE:
Press your both palm and sole twice a day for two minutes. Cina 30: colic due to worms.
Pulsatilla 30: pain due to heavy eating.
Abies nigra 30: pain immediately after intake of food.
Carboveg 30: eructation, pain in chest, hands and feet are cold.
Calcarea carb 200: sour eructation in fat and flabby patient.
Bryonia 30: pain, acidity, constipation mostly under summer season.
