cold and cough

It is due to change in climate,indigestion,over consumption of raw sugar etc

ACUPRESSURE-Pressure should be given on thumb and upper half of fore and middle finger ,twice a day for two minutes .Pressure on palm half inch below mid and ring finger should also be given on both palm.

PRANAYAMA- Do sun pranayama in which left nostril will be closed and inhale through right nostril with exhaling through right also.Do it 10 to 20 times.

                                     Solid food should be avoided and lukewarm water should be taken in every hour.
